The shipping and delivery aspect of our work is one of great importance to us, and is key to ensuring your satisfaction; we take great care so that your order reaches you safely, quickly and smoothly.
Since 2010 we have entrusted FedEx with our international and national shipments, with a top quality customer satisfaction with it’s speed (it takes between 1 and 4 workdays to deliver to most parts of the world), reliability and customer support.
Fedex guarantees an excellent service, from the pickup to the delivery of the package, with 0% of lost packages.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
This website is operated within the European Union (Reggio Emilia, Italy).
Payment is expected upfront, and no garment will be shipped before the full price and shipping fees are credited.
SHIPPING
Processing time:
For our wedding collection, we work with each client individually, delivering within her preferred timeframe depending on when the garment is needed.
Specific needs can be met and order processing can be prioritised, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have a deadline.
In general we strive to make sure you receive your gown with about 6 weeks.
Estimated Fedex shipping times (Insured Priority Express):
• North America – Canada: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 4 – 5 business days
• Australia – New Zealand – Oceania: 4 – 7 business days
• Italy: 1 – 2 business days
• Asia Pacific: 4 – 7 business days
These estimates are based on average delivery timeframes, they are the usual but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time may vary depending on circumstances beyond out control.
The shipping fee charged at checkout covers the shipping costs. Duty fees vary from country to country and are entirely the responsibility of the client.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full satisfaction guarantee:
All our garments are returnable for a full refund or an exchange garment within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund we must be notified about the intention to return the garment within 7 days of receipt.
Instructions:
If you need to ship us a garment for any reason, you must contact us before shipping, we will instruct you on how best to proceed. Used or damaged goods will not be refunded or exchanged, they will be returned to the customer at their expense. All garments must be returned in their original packaging.
All shipping fees, transaction fees and any duty/customs fees we may incur in receiving your returned garment will be deducted from your refund/shop credit.
