New bridal designs for 2018

I’ve been taking advantage of the slower weeks of winter to put ideas to fabric and create some new designs for the coming year. Here’s a quick preview of some of the new wedding dresses that I will be adding over the next weeks (not complete, just my favourites!)

Here are pictures the gorgeous, textured, indulgent, Clematis dress.

It features a hemp corset bodice, a flowing 100% silk skirt, a long train you can bustle up and the most incredible beaded Chantilly lace in the world.

A showstopper, without sacrificing a certain delicate refined line I always search for when designing bridal.

Here is the Echinacea gown. Minimalism and texture are her strong points.

The main cloth, used for the bodice and underskirt, is a milky white linen/silk blend, with a lightly rumpled texture which speaks of it’s natural quality and is fresh an cool just to look at.

Over it are long slitted panels of sheer crepe silk chiffon, breezy, weightless, moving at any slight breath of air.

I love how the free flowing panels move! And that front slit…

Utter simplicity can be striking. Meet the Saponaria.

Double layer silk Crepe de chine, deep, fluttering slits up each side of the skirt, the faintest hint of a train.  The thinnest spaghetti straps.

Match it with a clean sash, add a crop top over it, or layer it with the Silene lace dress and you change the look dramatically!

The Silene is a simple, modern lace tunic dress, to be paired with a silk belt. It has a boat neckline in front, a a deep scoop neck in back. It can be layered over a couple different slip options.

Stay tuned, there is more to come!!!
