I’m leaving for a short vacation in Madrid tomorrow, yay! So today, I’m sewing up some clothes for myself. A couple simple floral dresses along the lines of this grey floral one, and some tops and cardigans.
Breaking the norm, a round table discussion with clothing brand Patagonia Tomorrow evening we will be going to an interesting event, “Breaking the norm” held by the sport clothing brand Patagonia in Milan. Sometimes, I get to make wedding dressed for friends. And when I do, it is an extra special feeling. Why? Well, for one because I get to share such an intimate and unique experience, the choosing of the most special dress, which is fun, sweet, emotional. But most of all, because I also get to […]
About change, growth, identity. The past few months have been full of stirring and brewing, ever since my partner and I decided to ride this restlessness we have been feeling for a while, and move across the country. We are moving to Reggio Emilia! Moving is sometimes like the moulting of a skin. The old […]
New bridal designs for 2018 I’ve been taking advantage of the slower weeks of winter to put ideas to fabric and create some new designs for the coming year. It’s sample sale time!
I just put a few dresses on sale in my Etsy shop! It’s that time of year when the bustle of bridal season lets off a bit, and I get to create entirely new ideas, experiment with new fabrics and see where inspiration leads. This also means my showroom’s racks are on the verge of bursting with dresses and I need to let go of the ones I no longer wish to keep for in-person brides to try on.
I’ve put them on sale at 50% off, go see it any meet your desires!

My beautiful, long, warm island vacations are long over, and the tan is already fading. It ended up being Sardinia after much organisational procrastination and debate, and it was lovely!
Sooooooo….. I’m fully booked! Yay! I’m closing my Etsy shop till the end of May in order to finish up all the beautiful wedding dresses that have been ordered, and then take a couple weeks of vacation (hopefully Madagascar…. we will see!!)
As I look out of the window, the chill of winter still lingering all around the studio, I can’t help but feel it and smile.
Outdoors, Nature is stirring, preparing for the warm season ahead. Snow is now rain, the sun is warmer, when it’s out, spring is around the corner, and even though it might take a little bit yet, I can clearly feel the signs.
