A Separates Wedding Dress for Climbing in the Alps

A Separates Wedding Dress for Climbing in the Alps
Raffaella reached out with something I don’t hear every day: she would be climbing in the Alps on her wedding day. Not walking, not hiking. Actually climbing. She needed a dress that could move with her, without ever getting in the way.
Comfort, in this case, meant something very specific. It wasn’t just about softness, but about freedom, lightness, and reliability. The dress had to stay in place, adapt to movement, and feel almost like a second skin.
A Lightweight, Functional Bridal Look Designed for Movement
The dress is built as a three-piece outfit, allowing maximum flexibility.
The top is made from delicate lace, soft against the skin but structured enough to remain stable while moving. It sits naturally on the body, without constriction.
The skirt is wide and weightless, designed to follow every movement. It falls softly from the waist, creating a clean, minimal silhouette that doesn’t interfere with motion, whether walking, climbing, or dancing.
Every element was considered carefully and paired down to what was essential. No excess volume, no unnecessary layers. Just what was needed to allow complete freedom.
Take a minute to scroll to the bouquet toss, suspended between sky and mountain. A moment that perfectly captures the spirit of their day.
I didn’t design this dress to be protected.
I designed it to go with her, anywhere.
