Carina and THE Wedding Dress

Carina emailed me from her hometown in Sweden just weeks after I returned from a short vacation in Stockholm, so my heart warmed towards her right from the start! She wrote that she was dreaming of wearing one of my gowns, and that this specific one had caught her eye. The sample was on sale, and low and behold, it was just right for her, as if it had been made on purpose! After some minor adjustments, it was ready to ship and I was so thrilled to hear how much she loved it.

She decided to add a bit of lace detail, taken from her precious stash of antique laces from her grandmother and I think it was the perfect touch.

I was even more thrilled that she was willing to share some photos of her happy wedding day with me, and reading her email just makes me tear up.

The dress is a blend of the Hedera and the Lunaria designs, worn without a belt.
